Shipping & Payments
We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is carried out via reliable shipping service providers who guarantee safe and timely delivery.
Shipping costs:
Flat rate: CHF 8.50 for all orders.
Free shipping: For orders over CHF 99.- we offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery times:
Standard delivery time: 2-4 working days after the order is dispatched.
For personalized items, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 3-5 working days due to the individual production. You will be informed of this delay during the ordering process.
In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to special circumstances such as high demand or external influences (e.g. weather conditions or strikes). If deliveries are unexpectedly delayed, you will be informed immediately.
Delivery information:
All orders are carefully checked and packaged to ensure that the products arrive to you in perfect condition.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete to ensure smooth delivery. In the case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, the customer is liable for any return costs and additional shipping costs that may arise.

1. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
Your credit card details are transmitted using secure SSL encryption and are protected from unauthorized access. Your credit card will be charged immediately after completing your order.
2. TWINT
Pay quickly and easily via TWINT. Select TWINT as your payment option and follow the instructions.
3. Advance payment (bank transfer)
If you choose the advance payment option, you transfer the total amount to our bank account. The order will be processed as soon as we receive the amount. Please note that transfers can take 1-2 working days.
Important: When making the transfer, please be sure to include your order number and your full name in the purpose of payment to ensure that your payment is quickly allocated.
Our bank details will be communicated to you in the order confirmation after completion of the order.

Payment is due immediately after completion of the order.
If you choose to pay in advance, the transfer must be made within 7 working days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
The goods will be dispatched after full payment has been received.
