Exchange & Return

There is no general right to exchange or return ordered items. Each item is carefully checked and packaged before being sent to the customer. However, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Damaged goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send us a detailed description of the problem, including photos of the damaged item, and your order number by email to: info@darkenique.ch

Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the item you ordered, please contact us by email. We will review your concerns and offer an individual solution.


The final decision regarding return or exchange rests with us after examining the case.

Important instructions:

1. Return at your own expense: The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer's expense, unless the item was proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.


2. Personalized items: Items that have been made according to your special specifications or wishes (e.g. personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.


3. Return conditions: The goods must be returned unused, complete and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


4. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we reserve the right to replace the item or refund the purchase price. The refund will be made to the original payment method used within 14 working days of inspecting the return.


5. Reporting obligation: Please inform us of any problems within 7 days of receipt of the goods in order to consider a return or exchange.
